How the enquiry form works
When you send the form, your details pass through Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and are emailed to enquiries@sapphireworkforcesolutions.com by Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself does not store or log what you write. Both providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States.
Confirmed enquiry handling decisions
The intended enquiry information is name, work email, organisation, phone, help needed and a brief message. The retention period specified for unsuccessful enquiries is three months.
Do not include special-category or confidential employee data in an initial enquiry. Direct email and phone use your own email or calling application.
Website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) to understand how the website is used and improve it. Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling, with all text and form entries masked. Both providers may process data outside the UK. Nothing loads unless you accept, and you can withdraw at any time on the cookies page.
