Tracey Darby is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with more than 20 years' experience in HR. She has held senior HR leadership and board-level roles in UK and international organisations, with operations across Europe, the USA, Australia and the Middle East.
Her work has covered large-scale change programmes, restructures and acquisitions, people strategy, employee engagement and complex employee relations cases.
Tracey founded Sapphire Workforce Solutions to give organisations practical, commercially focused HR support that reduces people risk, develops managers and teams, and supports sustainable growth. That might be strategic HR leadership, guidance on employment law, management coaching or day-to-day HR support. She works in partnership with each client, so the advice fits how the organisation actually runs.
